* Schedule and allocate work orders efficiently for operatives and subcontractors.
* Monitor operative activity and ensure jobs are completed within SLA.
* Track and reallocate rejected tasks, missed appointments, and downtime.
* Analyse performance data and identify areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with other departments to improve customer service outcomes.
Requirements for Resource Scheduler:
* Experience in scheduling, ideally within housing repairs or maintenance.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Strong IT proficiency, including Word, Excel, and database systems.
* Customer-focused with the ability to resolve issues quickly.
* Knowledge of GDPR and best practice in data handling.
