Role: Internal Sales Executive (Civils)
Location: Milton Keynes Area
Sector: Building Materials / Construction Supplies / Builders Merchants
Package: £38,000 – £43,000 (possibly more dependent on experience) + Bonus, Mon – Fri
Responsibilities
* Interact with customers over the phone, by email and face to face. Ask questions, learn about the projects the clients are working on, take quotation enquiries, develop rapport, and upsell where possible. Demonstrate sound product knowledge when called upon.
* Work on quotations: generate quotes, follow up, and convert them into orders. Maintain high levels of customer service. Be proactive and willing to talk to customers.
* Account management and new business development.
* Operate within a network of branches as part of a civils-focused sales environment.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Civils sales experience is essential to enable the candidate to hit the ground running.
* A proactive individual with great communication skills and strong attention to detail.
* Experience in a Civils products environment or with a company that sells a range of Civils products.
