This role will be based at their offices in Buckinghamshire where they operate hybrid working. You will work with a varied client base, gaining exposure to both office-based and onsite client assignments while continuing your professional studies.Key responsibilities include:Assisting with the planning, execution and completion of audit and accounts assignmentsWorking both in the office and onsite at client premises as requiredSupporting Seniors and Assistant Managers on larger assignmentsLeading smaller assignments with appropriate supervision and supportDelegating work to trainees and providing guidance and feedbackLiaising directly with clients in a professional and confidential mannerMonitoring assignment progress, budgets and deadlinesEnsuring all work is completed to a high technical and professional standardMaintaining compliance with firm procedures and regulatory requirementsKeeping up to date with changes in ICAEW regulations and industry developmentsStudying towards the ACA qualification and maintaining strong exam progressCompleting Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirementsAbout You The successful candidate will be proactive, organised and eager to continue building a successful career within accountancy practice.
