You’ll work as part of a cross-functional squad, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to build scalable, high-quality software. You’ll take ownership of complex features across both the backend and frontend, helping evolve our platform architecture and ensuring smooth, performant user experiences. Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using PHP/Symfony.
* Contribute to front-end development using modern JavaScript frameworks, ideally Angular.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver elegant, high-quality solutions.
* Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance to ensure reliability and maintainability.
* Contribute to architectural discussions, helping shape the technical direction of new and existing systems.
* Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices, applying them to improve development processes and outcomes.
* Support and mentor other engineers through collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

* Strong experience developing backend applications with PHP, ideally using Symfony (Laravel also considered).
* Experience working with modern front-end frameworks, ideally Angular.
* Understanding of RESTful APIs and how front-end and back-end systems interconnect.
* Experience with relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL) and Redis for caching.
* Familiarity with Docker (Kubernetes experience a plus).
* Experience working in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
* Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering clean, efficient code.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills within agile teams.
* A product-oriented mindset – focused on delivering scalable, user-centric solutions.
