Creative Project Coordinator

Working Hours:

42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Position Overview:

As a Creative Project Coordinator at Campfire, you will play a vital role in supporting our Operations function by managing various creative projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with different departments to ensure all project requirements are met, keeping track of timelines and budgets, and facilitating communication between team members.

You will work closely with our Project Lead to implement processes and strategies that streamline project workflows and enhance productivity. Your input in brainstorming sessions and project meetings will be highly valued as you bring fresh perspectives and creative solutions to the table. By fostering strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners, you will help maintain a smooth and efficient project delivery process.

Your creativity and organisational skills will be key in ensuring the success of each project and contributing to the overall efficiency of the team. Your role will not only involve coordinating projects but also fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment where ideas can flourish.

What are the key responsibilities for the role?

* Work alongside cross-functional teams, such as client services, creative, strategy, influencer, paid, marketing, to coordinate and implement creative campaigns.
* Proactively analyse project requirements and stakeholder needs, cultivating strong working relationships that inspire confidence in our project teams.
* Manage resource needs, budgets, team delivery, and governance for your designated projects.
* Promote best practices, and provide support and guidance to other team members.
* Assess production requirements and support in allocating resources efficiently - supporting our studio with the planning of videography/photography shoots, sourcing equipment, locations etc.
* Flexible, detail-oriented and dedicated to delivering exceptional results.
* Confidence in managing significant digital and creative projects across various clients.
* Identifying potential issues and solving them quickly and effectively.
* Possess strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to create concise, compelling presentations.
* Thrive in an agency environment, relishing the diversity and excitement that comes with working on multiple projects.
* Regularly review work to guarantee it meets quality standards and aligns with client expectations. Strive to deliver our gold standard of quality in everything we provide to our clients.
* Show an understanding and enthusiasm for social, creative, and marketing.
* Proofreading and quality control.
* Gathering client insights and feedback to develop new value-added service offerings.
* Conducting research and analysis to support the development of creative concepts and strategies.
* Maintaining project documentation.
* Supporting the delivery of new business pitch efforts.
* Display curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to learn and challenge yourself.
* Embrace collaboration and excel in working effectively within a diverse team.

Required skills for this role..

* Proven experience in a project coordinator or client services in a creative agency or similar.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Attention to detail is crucial.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic knowledge of office equipment.
* Positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
