As a Flagship Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience and driving team performance in a vibrant retail environment. You will oversee the daily operations of our large flagship store and lead a dedicated team, fostering a culture of collaboration and support.
Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire your team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
* Manage store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising, to create an inviting shopping experience.
* Drive team engagement and development through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
* Implement company initiatives and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
* Build strong relationships with customers and the local community to enhance brand loyalty.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in retail management, ideally within a flagship or large store environment.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and colleagues alike.
* A background in optics is ideal, but not essential.
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving results.
* Experience in managing a large team in a fast‑paced retail setting.
* Knowledge of the optics industry.
* A proactive approach to problem‑solving and decision‑making.
