Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Design & Technology Teacher to join a high-achieving secondary school in High Wycombe. This role includes a TLR and is ideal for a DT Teacher looking to take on additional responsibility within a successful and forward-thinking department.

The Role
* Teaching Design & Technology across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 depending on experience and specialism
* Delivering engaging practical and theory-based lessons with high standards of achievement
* Taking on a TLR-linked responsibility, such as curriculum leadership, subject coordination, or mentoring
* Supporting curriculum development, assessment, and quality assurance within the department
* Promoting excellent standards of health & safety across workshops
* Contributing to the wider life and continued success of the school
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* A degree in Design & Technology or a related subject
* Experience teaching DT at KS3 and KS4
* Experience or readiness to take on additional responsibility or leadership
* Strong practical skills and knowledge of workshop practice and health & safety
* High expectations for pupil engagement, behaviour, and outcomes
* A professional, organised, and collaborative approach
