JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of their assigned building and the surrounding grounds on campus.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
Performs various duties such as:
• Maintain various flooring types
• Dust and wash walls, partitions, windows
• Maintain bathroom, showers and other similar facilities.
• Remove trash.
• Operate power operated custodial equipment.
• Responsible for unlocking and locking various interior and exterior building doors.
• Assists with relocation of furniture and small equipment by:
1. Setting up and returning campus facilities to their original state after event use
2. Move and relocates furniture and small equipment and belongings not characteristic of rigging.
• Clears snow from steps and exits as assigned during winter.
• Performs all other duties and responsibilities as assigned or directed by the supervisor.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 60 lbs.
• Driver's License Required
• Ability to use various types of cleaning equipment, both powered and non-powered.
