Responsibilities
You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:
* Active Patrols: Regularly patrol designated areas to detect and deter suspicious activity. Your vigilance will ensure a safe and secure environment for everyone.
* Thorough Searches: Conduct detailed searches, following company policies and procedures. Your meticulous attention to detail will help keep restricted areas safe.
* Detailed Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork related to security incidents and observations.
* Effective Communication: Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors and external authorities to report incidents and coordinate responses.
* Exceptional Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to employees, visitors, and guests with professionalism and courtesy.

Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally you’ll have:
* A valid SIA licence.
* Driving licence or good transport links.
* Gate house experience.
* Physically fit for patrolling the site.
* Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
* The right to work in the UK, with a 5‑year checkable history.
* Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken.
