Graduate Accountant
Liverpool City Centre | £26,000 + Study Support (CIMA/ACCA) + Progression
Accountable are recruiting a fantastic role for a 2026 A&F graduate looking to work for a leading business in Liverpool City Centre as a Graduate Accountant.
You'll gain hands-on experience in management accounts from the outset, alongside a full study support package for either CIMA or ACCA, making this the perfect launchpad for a successful finance career.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing monthly management accounts to tight deadlines (7-day turnaround)
* Completing monthly balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy
* Assisting with audit preparation and providing supporting documentation for the tax process
* Building relationships across the group finance team and local site teams
* Supporting the wider team on finance projects and ad-hoc analysis
Key Requirements:
* Graduating this year with a degree in Accountancy & Finance (2:1 or above preferred)
* Actively studying or keen to study towards CIMA or ACCA
* Good academic background with strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and confident working with others at all levels
* Enthusiastic, ambitious, and motivated to develop a career in finance
