Basic Salary of up to £36,000 and £25,000 bonus on top.

Role and Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate, and manage the Sales team to achieve new and used vehicle sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
* Implement Hyundai sales processes and ensure adherence to manufacturer standards and compliance requirements.
* Develop and monitor performance metrics / KPIs, driving continuous improvement in conversion rates, margins, and F&I performance.
* Oversee the effective management of used vehicle stock, pricing, and presentation to maximise return on investment.
* Ensure monthly performance reviews are conducted constructively to maximise performance and align with group processes.
* Act as the senior leader for the dealership, ensuring seamless coordination between Sales, Aftersales, and Support functions.
* Line‑manage the Aftersales Manager, supporting delivery of service, parts, and workshop profitability and customer satisfaction KPIs.
* Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high performance across all departments.
* Ensure the dealership operates in line with Hyundai standards, FCA regulations, Health & Safety requirements, and company policies.
* Drive operational efficiency and customer experience through effective communication and process alignment between departments.
* Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
* Conduct regular performance reviews, setting clear objectives and development plans.
* Lead by example, fostering a positive, inclusive, and customer‑focused culture.
* Support succession planning and talent development across the dealership.
The ideal candidate will:
* Have a proven track record in a Sales management or Retail Manager role.
* Possess a strong understanding of brand KPIs.
* Be able to interpret accounts and interdependencies between various performance indicators.
* Demonstrate strong people skills with a history of leading high‑performing teams.
