Responsibilities
* Lead and manage your team of colleagues in store to maximise sales and profit and meet your store’s targets.
* Ensure the highest standards of presentation and customer service.
* Generate customer, donor and colleague loyalty by being creative and resourceful.
* Possess strong organisational and communication skills to lead effectively.
Qualifications
* Experienced people manager.
* Creative, resourceful, and able to use these traits to build loyalty.
* Well‑organised with excellent communication skills.
