What We’re Looking For A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification. Proven experience working in an Early Years setting. Strong organisational and communication skills. Good working knowledge of the EYFS and Early Years Inspection Framework. Paediatric First Aid and basic Safeguarding training (or willingness to complete). Supervise and engage with children in stimulating, age-appropriate activities. Plan, lead, and participate in creative, imaginative, and occasionally messy play. Observe and assess children’s development, maintaining accurate records for key children. Build warm, professional relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
