Roles/Responsibilities

* Build and maintain strong, repeat customer relationships while ensuring profitability.

* Generate new leads from project pipelines and proactive prospecting across assigned sectors.
* Produce and follow up on quotations, ensuring accurate technical specifications and standards.
* Maintain daily sales reporting and engage in regular performance review meetings.
* Survey sites for quotation preparation and engage with customers through the full sales cycle.
* Support strategic growth by contributing to the development of products, services, and market focus.
Qualifications
* Proven track record in business development or technical sales within safety systems or construction products.
* Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting and strategic account development.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation and client engagement.
* Ability to manage both field and office-based responsibilities efficiently.
* Full UK driving licence required.
