We are recruiting for a Production Line Machine Operative to join a leading pharmaceutical company based in Dartford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience in a cleanroom or production environment who is looking for a stable, full-time role.
Key Responsibilities
* Operating production line machinery in line with company procedures.
* Picking, preparing, and handling products with care and accuracy.
* Carrying out sterilisation and cleaning duties to ensure strict hygiene standards are maintained.
* Following GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and Health & Safety guidelines at all times.
* Working as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.
Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience in machine operating, picking/packing, preparation and sterilisation within a production or pharmaceutical environment.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
* Good communication skills.
