Job Description:
French Selection (FS) is a well-established and award-winning company with international operations. We are seeking a German speaking Customer Service Advisor for our client in Watford, Hertfordshire, with a salary of up to £30,000 per annum. Hybrid working options are available.
Main Duties:
* Provide excellent customer service and administrative support.
* Manage the ordering process from initial enquiry to delivery.
* Support the technical team with opening and updating tickets for technical enquiries.
* Manage existing accounts and client contract information.
* Handle credit or debit notes and follow the customer deduction management process.
* Coordinate deliveries according to client requirements and update clients accordingly.
* Liaise with the sales team regarding customer enquiries and order changes.
* Understand and communicate specific client requirements with relevant colleagues.
* Maintain accurate client details in the system and update as required.
The Candidate:
* Fluent in German (written and spoken) - Essential
* Previous experience in customer service and/or sales support - Essential
* Proactive, confident, and dynamic personality
* Excellent communication skills and a team player
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
