Constantia Healthcare are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Management Accountant to join their Finance Team.

About The Role
Key Responsibilities :
Produced monthly management accounts, budgets, and cash flow forecasts to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Analysis of occupancy rates, staffing costs, and cost per resident to improve financial performance and control agency spend.
Managed multi-stream income (private, local authority, NHS) including invoicing, debtor control, and revenue reporting.
Ensured financial compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) requirements and supported internal and external audits.
Partnered with care home management to identify cost efficiencies and support sustainable service delivery.
Supervise a team of four within the Finance team.

Required Criteria
Part Qualified ACCA/CIMA (Experience also considered)
Strong Excel and Financial Reporting Skills
Experience of Producing Management Accounts & Reconciliations
Ability to discuss and explain Financial Reports and Reconciliations Clearly
