EXECUTIVE PERSONAL ASSISTANT - NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE - FULLY ONSITE - UP TO £50k
Robert Half are thrilled to be recruiting for a full time, permanent Executive Personal Assistant for a client in Newcastle Upon Tyne to sit within their Business Administration team.
This is a pivotal role supporting senior stakeholders, where you'll act as a trusted partner - bringing organisation, foresight, and efficiency to a fast-moving business. You'll playa key rle in enabling leaders to perform at their best, whilst also contributing to wider team operations and projects.
Key Details:
1. Job Title: Executive Personal Assistant
2. Salary: £35k - £50k, DOE, + company bonus
3. Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne
4. Working pattern: Full-time hours - Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm, 5 days onsite
Responsibilities:
5. Managing complex diaries and acting as a gatekeeper to senior stakeholders.
6. Coordinating meetings end-to-end, including logistics and preparation.
7. Supporting the creation of high-quality presentation materials.
8. Handling calls, correspondence, and stakeholder communications with professionalism.
9. Organising global travel, including itineraries, accommodation, and transport.
10. Managing both business and personal schedules seamlessly.
11. Supporting ad hoc research, projects, and administrative tasks.
12. Building strong relationships across teams and maintaining a highly professional presence.
Requirements:
13. A 2:1 degree from a Russell Group university (or international equivalent).
14. At least 2 years' experience in a similar EA/PA role.
15. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word).
16. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
17. Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal.
18. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
19. Ability to manage multiple priorities and anticipate needs.
20. A collaborative team player with energy, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
