The Role: This is an outstanding opportunity for a Corporate Tax Solicitor at the NQ–2 PQE level to join the firm’s leading team in London. You will focus on a wide variety of corporate tax work, often with a real estate or private wealth angle, supporting clients including corporates, developers, investors, and high-net-worth individuals. Your duties will include: Advising on corporate tax matters relating to property transactions, corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and investment structures. Drafting and negotiating tax-related documents and supporting wider corporate and real estate transactions. Working closely with Partners and senior lawyers to deliver strategic, tailored tax advice to a wide range of clients. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, while contributing to the team’s business development initiatives. The Ideal Candidate: A qualified solicitor with 0–2 years PQE (or a September 2025 qualifier) with a strong background in Corporate Tax law. Must have completed a Tax seat during their training contract. Trained at a top 50 law firm with exposure to high-quality tax work. Excellent technical skills, with the ability to deliver clear, practical advice to clients. A strong communicator with excellent client relationship skills.
