The Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated PE Specialist to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about health, fitness, and student development to lead and deliver high-quality physical education across a range of programmes.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons that support students physical development and wellbeing
· Lead practical sports sessions, coaching, and enrichment activities
· Promote healthy lifestyles and physical literacy across the College
· Support whole-college initiatives relating to fitness, wellbeing, and extracurricular participation
· Work collaboratively with colleagues to organise events, sports days, and inter-college competitions
· Contribute to the wider pastoral and academic support of students
About You
Were looking for a PE Specialist who is:
· Passionate about sport, physical activity, and motivating young people
· Confident in delivering high-quality PE instruction
· A positive role model with strong communication and relationship-building skills
· Organised, proactive, and committed to student progression and wellbeing
· Ideally experienced within a school or college environment (not essential)
· Qualified to at least Level 3 in a relevant sport/PE discipline (PGCE or QTS advantageous but not required depending on role structure)
