We’re a growing UK cleaning company looking for an enthusiastic Remote Sales Consultant to join our distributed team and drive client acquisition.
The Role:
You’ll connect with warm leads remotely, discuss cleaning solutions, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle warm leads from digital campaigns.
* Convert customer interest into bookings.
* Keep CRM records updated.
* Provide top-quality customer support throughout the process.
* Achieve personal and team sales goals.

1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in direct sales, telesales, or business development.
2. Clear and professional communication in English, both written and verbal.
3. Able to manage tasks independently in a remote setting.
4. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
5. Maintains resilience under pressure, handling rejection calmly.
6. Track record of success in phone-based sales and meeting targets.
7. Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
8. Experienced with CRM systems for managing leads and client data.
9. Skilled in negotiation and resolving customer issues effectively.
10. Own reliable laptop/desktop.
