What We’re Looking For:. • Level 3 / a degree or above qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent. • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role in an early years setting. • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements. • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. • A genuine passion for early childhood development..
