Interim Finance Business Partner (6m), Arts Education Organisation, Central London, £400-450/day
We’re working with a well-regarded non-profit organisation, with offices at Somerset House and King’s Cross, to find a qualified Finance Business Partner to join their dynamic finance team, on a 6 month basis. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, working closely with stakeholders, and helping to shape financial strategy in a mission-led environment.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you’ll act as a trusted partner to teams across the organisation—supporting planning, performance, and decision-making. This role will suit someone who thrives in a collaborative setting, enjoys problem-solving, and can translate complex financial information into clear insights.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with a range of budget holders to support financial planning and decision-making.
* Deliver accurate and timely management reporting, forecasts, and analysis.
* Lead and support budgeting processes across the organisation.
* Oversee fund monitoring and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
* Provide financial input into projects, business cases, and funding proposals.
* Contribute to system and process improvements within the finance function.
* Support year-end accounts, audits, and external reporting requirements.
What We’re Looking For
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent).
* Experience in management accounting and business partnering.
* Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships.
* Strong analytical skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
* Comfortable working with financial systems (experience with Unit 4 a bonus).
* A collaborative, mission-aligned mindset.
