We’re looking for a CRM and Insights Manager to lead our supporter care strategy and maximise income through data-driven insights. In this pivotal role, you’ll manage our CRM system (Donorflex), optimise donor journeys, and ensure compliance with fundraising best practice and data protection regulations.
What you’ll do:
* Use data analysis to shape fundraising strategies and improve supporter experience.
* Manage and develop the Supporter Care team.
* Oversee donation processing, Gift Aid claims, and reporting.
* Drive efficiency and innovation in supporter engagement.
