Location: London N5 (Hybrid – 3 days in the office)
Hours: Full-time, | 25 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas closure
Join Spread a Smile, a joyful children's charity bringing laughter to seriously ill children in hospitals and hospices across the UK. We are seeking an experienced EA & Office Manager to support our team.
This dual role involves strategic support to the CEO (70%) and day-to-day office management (30%).
You will manage the CEO’s diary, meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions. You’ll also support donor relations, prepare presentations, and coordinate engagement activities.
In office management, oversee daily operations, manage suppliers, coordinate IT access, handle budgets, subscriptions, and support HR processes like recruitment, onboarding, policy updates, and staff wellbeing.
Applicants should have proven experience supporting senior leadership, be organized, detail-oriented, confident with sensitive information, proactive in system improvements, and skilled in HR admin, basic finance, and IT (Microsoft Office).
