OVERVIEW
We are working with a key client of ours who is looking for an individual to join their Real Estate team. This role is an Account Executive position and will allow you to inherit a book of business. Our client is keeping their options open and is willing to consider an individual with an underwriting background.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Build and nurture close, long-lasting relationships with clients.
2. Identify methods of enhancing services and adding greater value to clients.
3. Serve as an advocate for clients’ needs, ensuring delivery of exceptional service through close and regular interaction.
4. Support the implementation of expanded service opportunities, risk management, and insurance objectives of clients.
5. Prepare and take ownership for the timely and accurate production of renewal reports.
6. Attend or provide feedback for insurer review meetings and actively contribute to the development of relationships.
7. Manage renewal income to at least budgeted levels and in line with set and agreed team objectives.
8. Actively seek out and generate new revenue opportunities through regular new business activity.
9. Contribute to bid teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Previous experience in UK Real Estate insurance, ideally gained from a brokerage, but will consider individuals from an insurer background.
2. Excellent communication skills and a drive to provide the best service to clients.
3. Excellent attention to detail.
4. Rights of light, title indemnity, environmental, and other legal indemnity placement experience beneficial, but not essential.
