Our client is looking for a Program Manager to lead OEM licence programs within a global aerospace environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing OEM licence contracts and program profitability
* Coordinating cross-functional and international teams
* Supporting business development and customer growth
* Leading negotiations, pricing, and commercial activities
* Monitoring program performance, quality, cost, and delivery
* Supporting industrialisation, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
* Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in program/project management within aerospace or industrial sectors
* Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
Occasional travel is required.
