Key Responsibilities Provide strong clinical and operational leadership across the home. Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and internal governance processes. Lead, mentor, and support staff to maintain a high-performing, person-centred culture. Oversee safe medication management and clinical best practice. Manage budgets, financial performance, and occupancy levels. Build positive relationships with residents, families, professionals, and stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance care quality and service delivery. Requirements RGN or RMN qualification with active NMC registration.
