Are you ready to step into the dynamic world of finance and insurance? Our client, a prominent financial institution, is searching for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to become a vital part of their vibrant team. This is your chance to shine in a role where your passion for administration and keen eye for detail can truly make an impact!

Position: Operations Administrator
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Full Time
Salary: Up to £33,000
Location: Crawley, Hybrid (1-2 days in the office)

What You'll Do:

As an Operations Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:

Supporting new proposals submitted by Sales through thorough searches and reviews.
Maintaining an accurate CRM system with up-to-date client information.
Preparing documentation for seamless submission to various departments.
Managing departmental tasks related to specific clients, which involves:
Checking and emailing monthly interest invoices.
Sending monthly balances to clients.
Monitoring and following up on payments
Allocating payments received on behalf of Finance.
Quoting and completing settlements/terminations.
Taking ownership of queries to prevent delays, ensuring clear communication within the team and with clients.
Assisting in the registration of legal charges at Companies House.
Handling general duties, including monitoring group emails, filing, and answering phone calls.
Diligently adhering to internal policies and procedures to manage risks associated with the role.

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this exciting role, you should have:

A background in leasing or financial services is ideal.
Experience working in targeted environments with tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
A strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high workloads without compromising on accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft programmes (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
A self-motivated approach with a sense of urgency.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5GCSE qualifications (grades A-C).
