🚨 Sales Administrator – Contract (Chippenham)
Are you a recent graduate (or early in your career) looking to get hands-on experience in a commercial environment?
We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to join the team on a 6-month contract in Chippenham, working closely with the Head of Sales and supporting a busy, fast-paced sales function.
This is a great opportunity to get real exposure to how a modern sales team operates — from customer engagement and reporting through to process improvement and new tools (including AI).

What you’ll be doing:
1. Organising sales meetings and coordinating with Exec PAs
2. Supporting the sales team with day-to-day admin and new processes (including AI tools)
3. Helping organise customer visits, meetings, and use of the customer experience suite
4. Managing SharePoint sites and supporting CRM access
5. Coordinating reports and chasing inputs to meet deadlines
6. Supporting production of documents such as PQQs
7. Organising team events and customer surveys
8. Assisting with purchasing and general admin support
9. Providing cover for other admin staff when needed
10. Supporting facilities and IT coordination for the sales team
What we’re looking for:
11. Someone organised, proactive, and keen to learn
12. Comfortable using Word, Excel and PowerPoint (intermediate level)
13. Some experience with SharePoint (or willingness to learn)
14. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
15. Able to manage tasks independently and stay on top of deadlines
16. Good attention to detail and able to handle confidential information
This role is temporary, but it’s a great stepping stone into a commercial or sales career. You’ll build confidence, work with senior stakeholders, and gain exposure across multiple areas of the business.
