Overview
Multi‑Skilled Assessor required to assess apprentices against apprenticeship standards in Hull, Grimsby, and Scunthorpe areas. Strong commitment to supporting young people is essential.
Responsibilities
* Visit apprentices in the workplace to assess progress against apprenticeship standards.
* Cover the Hull, Grimsby, and Scunthorpe areas.
* Conduct regular on‑site assessments, reviews, and feedback sessions.
* Ensure apprentices are meeting required competencies and learning outcomes.
* Maintain accurate assessment records and documentation.
* Provide guidance and support to apprentices throughout their development.
* Work closely with employers to monitor progress and performance.
* Demonstrate a strong commitment to supporting and developing young people.
Skills and Qualifications
* Relevant trade qualifications are essential.
* Assessor and IQA qualifications are desirable but not essential.
* A full driving license and use of own vehicle.
