Paralegal/Claims Handler – Property Damage | Bristol
Location: Bristol (Hybrid) | Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent | Salary: to £30,000
This top-tier Property & Casualty / Property Damage team in Bristol is looking for a Paralegal/claims handler to handle subrogated recovery claims for a number of major insurers. The team advises on a range of high value and complex matters. You’ll manage your own caseload from first instruction through litigation and have the opportunity to progress and develop your career to more complex work.
The role
* Manage a caseload of property insurance recovery claims
* Run files from pre-action through litigation (CPR knowledge essential)
* Work on varied, high-value cases and contribute to client initiatives
* Liaise with insurers, solicitors, and internal teams
What we’re looking for
* Claims handling or litigation experience (insurance preferred)
* Familiarity with Civil Procedure Rules
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Detail-focused, commercially minded, and client-centric
