We're Looking for an Engineering Supervisor who's ready to take ownership, innovate, and make an immediate impact in a busy manufacturing company based in Stroud. Roles/Responsibilities
âś… Mixture of hands on and hands off engineering
âś…Overseeing team of 14 engineers across a continental shift pattern
âś…Coaching and development of engineering staff, identifying training opportunities,
âś… Identifying improvements and efficiency on machinery and involved in project work
What We're Looking For
âś…Multi Skilled Engineering background
âś…Experience as an Engineering Team Leader, Engineering Supervisor, Maintenance Team Leader, Maintenance Supervisor
âś… Experience working in a fast paced manufacturing environment
