Position: EPM Consultant

A global Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) consultancy is expanding its UK delivery team and seeking an experienced EPM Consultant to support enterprise planning and reporting transformation projects.
This is an exceptional opportunity for professionals with hands-on experience in any EPM platform (such as Adaptive, Anaplan, Oracle PBCS, SAP BPC, or OneStream) who want to cross-train into Planful, one of the market’s most innovative and fast-growing planning solutions.
About the Role
You’ll work directly with clients to design and deliver best-in-class financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions. This is a hands-on consulting role offering exposure to full project lifecycles, cross-sector clients, and the chance to develop deep expertise in Planful through structured training and certification.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design tailored EPM solutions.
* Support or lead end-to-end Planful implementations, from design through to go-live and post-deployment support.
* Build and optimise financial models, workflows, and reports to support planning and forecasting processes.
* Work with internal and client-side finance teams to improve automation, accuracy, and insight.
* Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring long-term adoption and success.
* Stay up to date with EPM industry trends and evolving Planful functionality.
What You’ll Bring
* 1–5 years of experience implementing or supporting EPM or FP&A systems (e.g. Planful, Adaptive, Anaplan, Oracle PBCS, OneStream, TM1, etc.).
* Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in a client-facing consulting role or internal finance systems position.
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Information Systems.
* Enthusiasm to develop expertise in Planful and gain certification through structured training.
