This is a proactive, outbound-focused, phone-heavy sales role for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and wants progression, responsibility, and high earnings. What Youll Be Doing Conduct high-volume outbound sales activity calls, business development outreach, lead generation and follow-up. Build strong relationships with businesses across NI, ROI and NYC. Proactively identify and win new business opportunities. Strengthen existing accounts through consistent communication and service. Develop an in-depth understanding of the finance & accountancy market (full training provided). Manage the full cycle of client engagement and sales processes. Consistently hit and exceed KPIs, activity targets and revenue goals. What Were Looking For Sales experience essential- telesales, B2B, call centre, door-to-door, recruitment sales, or any fast-paced sales environment. Thick-skinned, resilient, competitive and hungry for success. Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day. Strong communicator who can build rapport quickly.
