The Payload (Pay & Perks)
* Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 basic (Depending on experience).
* Monthly Bonus: Performance bonuses of up to £700 per month.
* Total Earnings: OTE £50,400 (Based on a £42k basic + full bonus).
* Hours: Monday – Friday, 07:00 – 16:30 (Zero weekends).

What You Will Be Doing
* Specialist Repair: Leading the servicing and repair of commercial vehicles and high‑spec vans.

* Maintenance & Safety: Handling MOT preparation, safety inspections, and heavy mechanical repairs.
* Lead by Example: Ensuring every vehicle leaving the workshop meets our elite 5‑star standard.
Are You The One?
* You are an experienced Vehicle Technician / Mechanic (Level 3 NVQ or equivalent).
* You have a deep understanding of modern vehicle systems (LCV experience is a bonus, but not essential).
