Main duties of the job
What Youll Do:
* Provide exceptional care and support to vulnerable adults with complex behaviours in a supported living environment.
* Support individuals in managing and reducing challenging behaviours through positive, person-centred approaches.
* Maintain accurate records and incident reports to ensure quality care and continuity of support.
* Assist with personal care tasks when necessary, with a focus on respect, dignity, and privacy.
* Work closely with the individual, their family, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for those in your care.

Qualifications
* Previous experience with challenging behaviour
* Previous experience with medication administration
