ROLE: Operations Technician
HOURS: 40-hour, 5-day week with requirement for some weekend working.
LOCATION: Anglesey

Role Responsibilities:
1. Plant operator; must have an understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment.
2. Must be able to work unsupervised, sometimes at remote sites.
3. Process experience; relevant experience in the water/wastewater or process industry an advantage but not essential.
4. Flexible; must be willing to adapt to changing requirements to meet customer demands.
5. Customer focused; must be able to communicate at all levels and gain the trust and respect of customers.
6. Able to work away from home for periods of up to 10 days (depending on shift pattern).
7. Shift work; able to commit to changing shift patterns to meet customer requirements such as staggered starts and night shifts.
8. Driving licence; must have a full, ideally clean driving licence for manual vehicles.
9. Tractor & trailer experience essential.
10. Forklift and/or Telehandler licence an advantage.
11. To install, operate and maintain our range of Mobile Separation Equipment.
12. Optimise machine settings to achieve desired processing parameters.
13. Assist Service Engineers when on site or at the company workshop.
14. Understand and follow Risk Assessments and Method Statements prior to undertaking installation and operating work.
