This leading UK construction company, specialising in innovative residential construction and regeneration projects, is seeking a proactive Regional Engineer to play a key role in delivering high-quality homes for sale and rent. You'll collaborate with local authorities, housing associations, and other partners on diverse and engaging projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage external consultant designs for residential housing projects, ensuring seamless information flow to relevant teams.
Oversee civil engineering works on construction sites throughout West and East Yorkshire, providing technical guidance and resolving on-site queries.
Manage the adoption and handover process of completed sites, including roads, sewers, services, and management company land, to relevant authorities.
