Mō te tūranga - About the role:

We are looking for a Programme Facilitator to build relationships and engagement with people, supporting them towards improved wellbeing including gaining knowledge and skills, reaching their goals and attaining their goals.
Key tasks will be to:
4. Facilitate and promote a range of programmes
5. Support participants to meet their needs
6. Work together with the wider team in offering holistic care
7. Be prepared
Mōu ake - About you:
8. be legally entitled to work in New Zealand
9. have sound experience working in individual or group facilitation
10. have social service experience, and experience working with a wide range of people
11. have a clean full driving licence

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm
The starting annual salary for this role will be $61,700 - $68,800
