Salary: Scale F - Starts at £31,755 rising by yearly increments to a maximum of £36,996 per annum

This role provides a mix of standard workload and ad-hoc requests. It affords an opportunity to develop strategic awareness and knowledge by engaging with a wide range of departments, partners and datasets. This role provides an integral part in supporting the force to gain a greater understanding of the issues it faces.
To be responsible for the Force Strategic Assessment process that includes research analysis and reporting to support the force business cycle and in particular the vetting and monitoring of the force operational and organisational priorities and identification of emerging issues.
To conduct research, analysis and report on specific strategic issues as commissioned by The Strategic or Tactical Tasking and Co-ordination Process.

Selection Stage:
The selection for this role will consist of Shortlisting, Interview, Assessment.
