The countywide Adult Eating Disorder team is looking for a committed Highly Specialist Clinical Psychologist to provide complex psychological care planning, complex assessment, consultation, and clinical supervision.
Main duties of the job
You will be part of a multi-disciplinary Adult Eating Disorders team, focused on ensuring clients get the right help at the right time. Your expertise is essential in the new clinical model, delivering on objectives of trauma-informed care, shared decision-making, needs-led, and evidence-based interventions.
You will support the ED team through a period of innovation, deliver complex integrated psychological interventions, and offer Clinical Supervision and develop learners in practice.

Person Specification
Essential:
* Post-graduate training (doctoral level equivalent) in clinical, counseling, or forensic psychology, accredited by the BPS.
* HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist.
* Evidence of continuing professional development as recommended by the BPS and required by the HCPC.
* Substantial relevant clinical experience post-qualification, working with various client groups, including trauma and personality, and experience delivering supervision.
Desirable:
* ACAT accredited CAT/CBT therapist/supervisor.
* Training, qualification, and experience in relevant psychometrics.
* Experience of service development, clinical pathway design, and clinical leadership.
