While previous insurance experience and knowledge would be advantageous, we are also keen to hear from candidates with strong administration and customer service backgrounds who are looking to build a career within insurance.This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and welcoming team where customer service remains at the heart of what we do.Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting personal and commercial insurance customers with their enquiries
* Handling day-to-day policy administration accurately and efficiently
* Using our broking systems to update records, process information, and manage insurance documentation
* Preparing customer files and maintaining electronic records
* Issuing quotations, documentation, and correspondence
* Taking payments for insurance policies over the telephone
* Answering incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
* Welcoming customers into the office and assisting with front desk enquiries
* Providing general administrative support across the team
What Were Looking For:
* Previous experience within the insurance sector preferred
* Experience using Acturis broking system would be advantageous
* Strong administration and organisational skills
* Confident and professional communication skills, both over the phone and in person
* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
* A personable and customer-focused approach
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
