Project Controls Specialists - All Levels - Planning

Our PMO Scotland team seeks to expand its Controls community by welcoming passionate candidates across all professional and managerial levels. With regional growth and new major programmes, we seek flexible, mobile Planning, Scheduling, Performance Reporting, and Risk Management professionals to serve various sectors including Power, Water, Rail, Defence, Nuclear, Local Authority, and Shipyards. Travel within Scotland may be required.
You will work within our Project Controls team on high-profile infrastructure projects, providing performance reporting and analysis. Responsibilities include developing work breakdown structures, establishing progress and cost monitoring methods, producing control reports, and offering performance insights. Experience in infrastructure project controls (Energy, Defence, Rail, etc.) and skills in Programme Controls Management, Earned Value (EVM), Change & Risk Management, or Planning are essential.
Qualifications
* Graduate qualification in a relevant discipline with project control experience.
* Experience managing projects or programmes, with control responsibilities.
* Proficiency in Primavera P6, Power BI, MS Office, and schedule quality assurance tools.
* Ability to work independently and within a team, with strong time management and communication skills.
* Knowledge of planning principles and schedule construction.
