Job Title: Account Executive – Sustainability SaaS

Salary: £75,000 + double OTE

Location: London (Hybrid)

The Opportunity



This sustainability technology business is scaling fast and looking for an exceptional Account Executive to drive new business in the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) space. You’ll sell into senior stakeholders — Heads of Sustainability, CFOs, and investment leaders — guiding them through complex buying journeys that connect their strategic goals to measurable value.



What You’ll Be Doing



* Run full-cycle enterprise sales from discovery through close.
* Sell deals in the £25K–£80K+ range with 4–12 month cycles.
* Partner closely with marketing for lead flow while self-generating around half of your pipeline.
* Build commercial cases that resonate at board level and close multi-stakeholder deals.
* Engage directly with sustainability and financial decision-makers across global markets.



What You’ll Bring



* 4+ years of SaaS or enterprise sales experience, ideally from a founder-led or growth-stage business.
* Proven success in consultative, complex sales environments.
* Strong presence, credibility, and the ability to challenge and advise senior executives.
* Curiosity, grit, and a genuine desire to master the ESG and sustainability landscape.
