Salary: £26,000 - 28,000 per year Requirements:
* I require a minimum of 6+ months of experience in an IT Support role.
* You should have experience in using Windows Server and Active Directory.
* Experience with Office 365 Admin is necessary.
* Exposure to Cloud support is desirable.
* I’m looking for someone who has experience working with SLAs.
* You must be able to effectively manage multiple priorities.
* Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a must.
Responsibilities:
* You will manage all incidents and customer requests from receipt to resolution and closure.
* It is important to ensure that service level agreement standards are met.
* Promptly completing any administrative paperwork and documentation is a key aspect of the role.
* You will keep accurate records of all site information using IT Service Management tools.
* Promoting best practices and adhering to the change control process will be part of your duties.
* You will accurately plan and organise your working week.
* Regularly reviewing the scorecard with the Team Lead will be expected.
