Overview
We are looking for a proactive Informatics Project Support Officer to join our dynamic Digital Delivery team. In this role, you will be the 'engine room' of our IT project portfolio, providing the essential governance, reporting, and administrative backbone that allows our senior IT leaders and clinicians to deliver life-changing technology.
As an Informatics Project Support Officer, you will serve as the essential backbone of the Digital Delivery team, balancing rigorous project governance with high-level administrative coordination. You will be responsible for the 'health' of the project portfolio by maintaining risk logs, collating dashboard reports for senior committees, and acting as the lead administrator for the department's Portfolio Management software. By ensuring that project data is accurate and deadlines are tracked, you enable senior IT leaders to make informed decisions that drive the organisation's digital evolution.
Responsibilities
* Maintain risk logs and project data accuracy; track deadlines.
* Collate dashboard reports for senior committees.
* Serve as lead administrator for the department's Portfolio Management software.
* Coordinate complex meetings and manage stakeholder communications with diplomacy.
* Organise workshops and support operational pulse of the department.
* Provide advanced Microsoft Office skills support; perform minute taking and office management as needed.
Qualifications / Skills
* Methodical problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive with the ability to pivot between administrative and technical project assurance tasks.
