We’re working with a long-established software provider that delivers engineering data and document management solutions to global clients across the energy, construction, and manufacturing sectors. With over 35 years of expertise, they’re now looking for a Document Processing Specialist to support a major data transformation project.
This is a high-impact, delivery-focused role. Perfect for someone with strong Excel and file handling skills who enjoys structured work and wants to contribute meaningfully to a visible, client-facing project.
You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team helping to organise, cleanse, and process large volumes of engineering drawings and documents using a purpose-built platform.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Handling large batches of documents and drawings
* Using Excel to track progress, manipulate data, and produce reports
* Running document batches using proprietary software (AIM Suite)
* Identifying and resolving processing issues alongside the project team
* Occasionally supporting client reporting or progress updates
You’ll Need:
* Strong Excel skills (filters, formulas, lookups, macros ideal)
* Confidence working with file systems and folder structures
* An organised, methodical approach with strong attention to detail
* Experience with high-volume document or data work
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset
Nice to Have:
* Basic SQL or database querying skills
* Familiarity with document management tools or AutoCAD
* Experience with document control or data-heavy project work
