Operations Administrator - Required
Location: Sunderland
Job Type: Temporary - 3 Months Initially (with potential to extend)
Salary: £13.00 - £14.50 per hour

About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive Operations Administrator to join a fast-paced team in Sunderland. This is a temporary position initially for 3 months, with the potential to be extended.
We are seeking someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large volumes of data and reports.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible)
40 hours per weekKey Responsibilities:
Processing draft paperwork and forms for Contract Managers
Managing Tabbers Amazon order requests
Saving and organising fleet paperwork
Supporting Believe Housing contract reporting
Providing holiday cover for Finance AR/AP
Assisting with contract costings and budget analysis
Performing customer/contract analysis
Exporting system data for import into DynamicsRequirements:
Previous experience in a similar administrative role
Proficiency in SAGE 50
Highly organised and reliable
Strong attention to detail and ability to concentrate for extended periods
Comfortable analysing data and suggesting service improvements
