Location & Hours
Location: Picketts Lock, London - Remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.
Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available. Just let us know your preferences when we chat!

Your Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be at the forefront of our vibrant highways maintenance contract covering North London. You’ll manage the commercial aspects of diverse projects, from highway surfacing and drainage to road marking and asset maintenance. This is your chance to make a real impact!
Key Responsibilities
* Price works and agree costs with clients before project commencement.
* Manage subcontractors, including raising orders and assessing payment applications.
* Negotiate and agree on variations with clients.
* Contribute to monthly forecasting and reporting.
* Mentor junior team members and share your expertise.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
* You’re proficient in Highways Schedule of Rates and understand the method of measurement.
* You have experience in highways maintenance projects.
* You’re confident with Microsoft Office applications.
* You enjoy collaborating with others and thrive in team environments.
* You’re proactive and can use your initiative to solve challenges.
